VIA x Pas Normal Studios London Hertfordshire ride.

We’ll roll out of VIA at 08:45 after coffees and a briefing. There will be two groups supported by VIA staff and ride leaders, a fast 28-30kph and a more sociable 23-26kph. If you join the faster group and the pace is too much, feel free to drop back and the second group will pick you up. The social group will operate a strict no drop rule.

Please bring spare inner tubes, a pump or CO2 gas, nutrition and we will ask you to sign a waiver before departing.

On the ride you’ll be expected to be self sufficient, but please also look out for the other riders, always signal, and be aware of your surroundings. Obey all rules of the road; no jumping red lights etc.

The route can be found here but may be subject to change. We’ll obviously notify you if we make any amendments.
